Special Class for June

Chef Martha Hall Foose author of "Screen Doors and Sweet Tea" Friday, June 27, 6pm $40

Chef Martha Foose is executive chef for Viking Cooking School. From the Mississippi Delta, she attended the famous pastry school Ecole Lenotre in France. She lives in Mississippi and will be in Fairhope for the class and book signing at Page & Palette.

Don't miss this delightful lady! She will prepare Watermelon Salsa, Pecan Smoked Catfish, Pecan Rice and Silent Shade Cobbler.

Her book will be available the night of the class or at Paige & Palette on Saturday, June 28th.
